You’ve designed an amazingly functional life, but the sense of purpose you felt in designing that life has dropped away. It’s not surprising. What got you here isn’t the same as what is going to take you through the next phase of life.

Midlife is your time to re-engage with those projects and ideas you know will bring the meaning you long for back into your life.

I am a mum of two boys living in London and came to see Sandra. My two concerns were weight loss and growth of my business. I found Sandra to be engaging, full of enthusiasm, caring and energetic. You've come to the right place!

After coaching with me, you will be a different person from the woman that started. Managing your schedule will offer you comfort rather than overwhelm, because you will design your days to reflect what you want out of life now. You will be confident about the choices you make about where you life should go now. A meaningful project can be underway – like a book, a business, a new work or passionate hobby. Whatever you choose to do, it will be right for you, and give your midlife meaning. You will be left with a real sense that you are becoming exactly who you intended to be at this stage.

How does it work?

I work with a limited number of clients and offer a bespoke 1:1 programme, designed to guide and support your specific needs. We will work together for 6 months, to ensure the skills and habits you develop are really embedded in your life. We meet for hourly coaching sessions 3-4 times a month, and you will have out of session access to me via email. My carefully curated workbooks will compliment our sessions’ work and keep you learning and growing throughout the programme. The personalised attention and accountability ensures that by the end you feel your midlife is designed exactly how you imagined.

I’m currently seeing Sandra in a business coaching capacity, but feel support from her in every area of my life. After every session with her, I feel inspired and empowered to take “massive action.” She has taught me that to be aware and in control of my thoughts creates the results I want. This has helped me immensely both in my professional and personal life. Accountability, structure and focus are key components of the 1:1 coaching we will do. We will quickly apply a laser like focus to what’s important to you and your life in particular, in no way a book or podcast ever can. 

It’s not indulgent to want a meaningful life, it’s an investment that you will never forget.

This program is designed for permanent change, not just for a temporary improvement. I purposely designed the program to last through different stages of the year, because habits and new skills are tricky to change, and travel or other interruptions can make it hard for them to stick. I want you to be confident that you have made the changes you want, and that midlife feels exciting and meaningful.
